The Kew Tree of Life Explorer allows users to explore evolutionary trees of life and to access the genomic data that underpin them. The Kew Tree of Life Explorer is an output of the Plant and Fungal Trees of Life Project (PAFTOL) at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

This site currently provides access to Kew Tree of Life Explorer release v3.0. Details of its contents can be found in the release notes. Release 3.0 (April 2023) Phylogenomic data for 64 orders, 413 families, 8,336 genera and 10,377 species of angiosperms, across 10,699 sequenced angiosperm samples.
